West In The East

Just got back from the Kanye West gig. The place had the acoustics of a shoe box, but he put on a great show. He's incredibly conceited, but equally sincere and I love it. He got a little pissed at getting beat out by Norah Jones his first week and was equally pissed about not snagging 5 mics in The Source. "She was killing me in the Wal-Marts," he grumbled. That was cut from the review but my fave line of the night.
